Front Office Administrator
Full Time Position
Our growing physical therapy company, Sports Medicine Institute, is looking for a bright, energetic administrative staff member who has customer service experience for a full time position. Responsibilities include front desk support, greeting patients, answering phones/taking messages, scheduling patients, handling insurance questions, verifying patient insurance benefits and other admin/operation tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Strong computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs.

Experience with OptimistPT software or similar platform a plus

Experience with handling insurance question and verification (Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, United Healthcare, Cigna, Worker compensation)

Education: College Degree preferable
Experience: 2-3 years front office/administrative experience. Knowledgeable in. Must have knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Docs, excellent customer service skills, proven attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and be able to clearly communicate. Experience in related field. Must have consistent writing and editing skill.
Front Office and Marketing Assistant
Part Time Position
Our growing physical therapy company is looking for a front office and marketing assistant. You will be handling administrative and front desk duties along with marketing tasks (including social media, implementing existing marketing strategies, and creating creative content)
Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain website and social media

Focuses on the trafficking of various marketing projects as well as assembling reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing data

Maintaining a marketing database

Answering incoming and making outgoing telephone calls.

Scheduling patients (Experience with OptimistPT software or similar platform a plus)

Experience with insurance verification/authorization

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a positive, professional demeanor.

Expected to have or become knowledgeable about the general physical therapy industry
