Sports Medicine Institute accepts most PPO/POS private insurance plans, Medicare, and worker's compensation claims. We do not accept any HMO, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, or liens.

We are a preferred provider for the following insurance companies:

If you do not see your insurance company listed please call and talk to our front office to determine if we will accept your out of network benefits.

Please Note: Worker's compensation claims must be authorized by your adjuster and sent to us through your Physician prior to treatment.
